XCP series case packers represent Brenton’s next generation of machines.  With a more modern aesthetic, the machine design has taken into account everyday use and interaction to make it easy to troubleshoot, easy to access and easy to operate. Operators can access all important areas of the machine and be within 6” of the blank at all operator side access points.

The XCP can run wrap around cases and trays from 40-60 cases per minute utilizing continuous motion.  The XCP is designed to pack products like bottles, jars, canisters and cups are formed into a pack pattern through a lane divider or flood feed table.  Wrap around blanks are loaded horizontally and into the machine in stacks making it easier for the operators to load.

Brenton’s XCP is designed to achieve changeover in thirty minutes or less.  All changeover points are easily accessible, and designed to ensure consistent changeovers.  The XCP also offers several changeover assist options to further decrease the changeover time.
